These Terms and Conditions apply to all photography and videography services provided by India Edwards, trading individually and as Indie Kid Creative. By booking these services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking & Cancellation
1.1 A booking is confirmed upon verbal or written agreement.
1.2 lf cancelled within 24 hours of booking, a
50% cancellation fee applies.
1.3 If cancelled within 7 days of the project date, the full 100% fee is due.
1.4 Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
2. Payment
2.1 Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of booking.
2.2 Failure to pay in full by the due date may result in cancellation with applicable fees.
3. Copyright & Usage
3.1 We retain full copyright over all images and videos unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.2 The Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the final edited content for agreed purposes.
3.3 We may use the work for promotional purposes unless the Client objects in writing before the project.
4. Liability & Force Majeure
4.1 We are not liable for technical failures, data loss, or unforeseen delays.
4.2 In the event of illness or equipment failure, we will offer a reschedule or refund.
4.3 We are not responsible for securing permissions for photography/videography at locations.
4.4 We are not liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes).
5. Conduct & Cooperation
5.1 The Client is responsible for ensuring locations and individuals are ready for the project.
5.2 We reserve the right to terminate a project without refund if faced with abusive or unsafe behavior.
5.3 Delays caused by the Client may result in additional charges.
6. Editing & Delivery
6.1 Final edited content will be delivered within the agreed timeframe, subject to workload.
6.2 Raw files are not provided unless agreed in writing.
6.3 Minor revisions are included, with extra edits subject to additional fees.
7. Governing Law
7.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
7.2 Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
